Stress & Anxiety

So many people lie awake at night with racing thoughts and a body that refuses to let go. Insomnia, stress, and anxiety can take over, leaving you exhausted and drained. Through hypnotherapy, I guide your subconscious into a calmer state where the nervous system can reset. Together, we teach your mind how to release tension so sleep comes naturally, helping you finally experience deep rest and wake up restored.

Trauma, PTSD and Childbirth.

Trauma leaves its mark in the body and mind, often surfacing as anxiety, fear, or patterns that feel impossible to break. Hypnotherapy works at the subconscious level (the part of the mind where old wounds live) and creates a safe space for release. By calming the body and guiding the mind to a deeper level of awareness, it becomes possible to let go of what no longer serves you and move forward with a lighter heart.

Hypnotherapy for Everyday Challenges

Many of the struggles we carry, like low self-esteem, constant worry, phobias, or habits we can’t seem to shake take root in the subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy allows access to that deep level, where patterns are formed, and helps create space for new ones. Over the years, I’ve guided people in building confidence, letting go of fears, and feeling more at ease in their daily lives. While hypnotherapy can be powerful, I do not work with addictions or eating disorders unless paired with an active recovery program.
