Yes. Although there is a phenomenon known as hypnotic amnesia that can come about when you're deeply relaxed, it generally only last a few seconds. Most hypnotherapy sessions are quite active, and you and I will be talking back and forth as we would in a normal therapy session, with the difference being that your eyes will be closed your body deeply relaxed.
I don't tend to record most sessions, but if we are working on a specific issue that will require repetition of the hypnotic suggestions, yes, we will make a recording you can listen to at home.
It's hard to say exactly, but hypnotherapy tends to be very precise and effective. If you come to hypnosis ready for a big shift, it can happen quickly. Sometimes I see someone once and that's it. Other times, we might attack an issue a few different ways and see one another 2 or 3 times. It's rare that I see someone more than 5 times. No matter what, every session should feel good and help you make progress.
The same way it would work in person. We talk for a while, and then you assume a comfortable posture and position the computer so that I can see you clearly. With a good wifi connection and relatively quiet surroundings, the session can progress really nicely.
