It’s different for everyone, because each person’s process is unique. Hypnotherapy can be very precise — sometimes one or two sessions bring the shift you’re looking for. Other times, we may work with an issue from a few different angles over three or four sessions.
For ongoing support, some people choose a package of six sessions which includes personalized recordings..... and others prefer regular top-ups with a 12-session package spread across three months.
We always begin with a free discovery call. It gives us a chance to meet, hear what’s going on for you, and see which path feels right.
The same way it would in person. We’ll begin by talking for a while, and then you’ll settle into a comfortable position with your computer or device angled so I can see you clearly. As long as you have a good Wi-Fi connection and a relatively quiet space, the session flows beautifully....most people are surprised at how natural and effective it feels online!
Yes! While there is a phenomenon called “hypnotic amnesia” that can occur when you’re deeply relaxed, it usually lasts only a few moments. Most hypnotherapy sessions are actually very interactive. You and I will talk back and forth just as we would in any normal conversation. The only difference is that your eyes will be closed and your body will be resting in a deeply relaxed state.
Yes. If we’re working on something that benefits from repetition, I’ll create a recording just for you. It’s a personalized hypnotic session you can return to at home, so the suggestions continue to deepen and reinforce the progress we’ve made together.
